Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is hosting its annual health fair, offering health information, screening, and other community resources free to the whole family. Our hope is to create awareness of the health resources in the Pajaro Valley, increase equitable access to health services, and to empower individuals to take care of their well-being, which is especially important as we continue to navigate the pandemic.
