Great place to stay ...

I had a great ...

I had a great experience at Days Inn Munras Ave., in Monterey, thanks to the one person at the front desk, Mr. Sohil, who made all the difference. The motel is basic and caters for budget, travelers, but they offer the fluffiest bed and pillows, a very sharp, HD TV, peace and quiet, and they are conveniently located right in front of the city’s great mall (Del Monte). But the cherry on top of the cake is Mr. Sohil, who was very helpful and quite rightly so, convinced to stay an extra night there, as my plans were to leave to stay in Carmel by the Sea. He informed me that Carmel was just 5 minutes away, and as I was having trouble finding a cheaper accommodation in Carmel, that proved to be a great idea. He also helped me find out about bus service to Salinas, from where I had to take a train to San Francisco. He went beyond his line of duty to be generous and insightful with information, and he did it voluntarily. Mr. Sohil is an asset to Days Inn and he deserves all the appreciation he can get. This was between August 13th and 15th 2018
